Recruitment Criteria
GSC conducts a comprehensive screening and verification process on all applicants prior to hiring.
Screening
– 2 part interview process
– Reference verification
– Employment verification
– State verification or authenticity of ID
– 5 panel alcohol and drug screening
– Extensive pre-employment background check including verification of social security number
– If prior military, copy of DD214 to verify honorable discharge
– Legally authorized to work in the U.S.A
Recruitment
– All unarmed officers are 18 years or older
– All armed officers are 21 year or older
– Minimum high school diploma or GED
– Fluent in the English language
– PC Computer skills (Word and Outlook)
– No felony convictions or Class A or B Misdemeanor convictions
– Officers with and / or prior security, military, police, customer-service experience, are available
